Se nel check-in online metti la spunta Accetto offerte e promozioni, ti scriviamo quando ci sono offerte e promozioni riservate agli ospiti. La spunta è facoltativa: senza, il check-in funziona lo stesso.
- Di chi: del Saragozza Residence, del Bistrot Bonaccorsi e della Ludoteca Bonaccorsi.
- Come: via email e WhatsApp, all'indirizzo e al numero che ci hai dato.
- Chi te le manda: solo il Saragozza Residence, anche per conto del Bistrot e della Ludoteca: a loro non diamo i tuoi dati.
- Quali dati usiamo: nome, email, telefono e lingua, con il giorno in cui hai messo la spunta.
- Per quanto tempo: al massimo fino a 24 mesi dopo l'ultimo soggiorno, poi cancelliamo il contatto.
Come smettere
Quando vuoi: rispondi a un'offerta chiedendo di non riceverne più, scrivi a [email protected] o su WhatsApp, oppure togli la spunta in un check-in successivo. Da quel momento non ti mandiamo più offerte.
Agli indirizzi di Booking.com, Airbnb ed Expedia, che girano i messaggi, le offerte non le mandiamo anche se metti la spunta.
Titolare del trattamento è Saragozza Residence di Perna Gabriella, Via Saragozza 113, 40135 Bologna. La base giuridica è il tuo consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a del GDPR). Il resto, con i tuoi diritti, è nell'informativa sul check-in.
Offers and promotions
If you tick I accept offers and promotions in the online check-in, we will write to you when there are offers and promotions for our guests. Ticking it is optional: the check-in works just the same without it.
- From: Saragozza Residence, Bistrot Bonaccorsi and Ludoteca Bonaccorsi.
- How: by email and WhatsApp, to the address and number you gave us.
- Who sends them: only Saragozza Residence, also on behalf of the Bistrot and the Ludoteca: we do not share your data with them.
- What we use: your name, email, phone number and language, with the date you ticked the box.
- For how long: at most until 24 months after your last stay, then we delete your contact.
To stop at any time, reply to an offer asking us to stop, write to [email protected] or on WhatsApp, or untick the box at your next check-in. We do not send offers to the Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia relay addresses, even if the box is ticked. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
